Mehendi Stall

The Artistas Club set up a Mehendi stall on the DWIT college premises on 2nd Shrawan(18th July 2022) to kick off the sacred month of Shrawan. The stall welcomed tons of enthusiastic customers for a week before closing on 6th Shrawan( 22nd July 2022).

On the first day of the event, the club members dressed traditionally and arrived early in the morning to set up the stall and decorate it for the day. A catalog of Mehendi designs was available for the customers to choose from. They were also free to bring custom designs of what they wanted. Some even went for a creative mix for a more personalized Mehendi. The designs ranged from traditional patterns to band logos and henna tattoos, all priced according to their complexity while maintaining affordability. With customer satisfaction as their main priority, the club members were delighted to work on the unique patterns.

The stall was placed in the main courtyard and was open to all. When it rained, the stall was shifted to a dry location so that customers could walk in at any time. Students, teachers, and staff members of Deerwalk visited the stall throughout the week. Students from Sifal School also came to the booth to cover their hands in Mehendi. The stall saw maximum engagement on the first and last days of the event. A week passed, leaving the Deerwalk environment filled with the scent of Mehendi and hands decorated with stunning color.

The club would like to express its gratitude to everyone who stopped by the stall. This event was a huge success thanks to the participation of so many people. We look forward to engaging with you through such interactive events in the future.
